"Very nice room we stayed in, with decent bathroom and shower. Very clean, and comfortable. Excellent location for seeing the sights.
Not easily accessible by car if you're driving, so watch out. The host was very helpful and made our stay and welcome pleasant."

"I stayed in Florence for the first time this past May at Room Mate Luca for 8 days and it was a nice hotel. Conveniently located close to the city center, clean, good breakfast, room service every day and reasonably priced. They also had A/C in the rooms and staff on site 24/7. I would stay here again."

"Hotel is well kept, room was spotlessly clean and matched my booking. Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Service was very good. Just picking a bit, we took a later beeakfast on one of the days and notice the choice was limited. Overall a good stay and would book again. "
"Staff was wonderful, Alenza was very helpful in helping us check in and recommend restaurants. Rooms were very clean. Hotel is in the center of everything. "
"Overall I had a good stay here, the location is perfect for walking all over Florence, and a short walk from train station. Theres lots of amenities and all types of people stayed here, families, Professional singles etc.however on my first night I stayed in a mixed dorm and was woken up by a man pulling my legs and screaming at me. So that was scary. They moved me to my own room after that. "
