"Very homely but with everything you would expect from a larger hotel. A refreshing change from generic 'business trip' hotels. Would suit well for a weekend break exploring Bordeaus, excellent location but also a refreshing change for work travel. Would absolutely stay again."

"We booked the Executive room and it was spacious, nicely decorated, very updated and clean, and very comfortable! Great safe and quiet location, yet very close to so many cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"Great location for walking around Bordeaux. Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Our only concern was that to reach the rooms you had to climb stairs with your luggage and as we had heavy suitcases it was not easy "

"We didn't realize there were stairs. That was the only drawback. It would be lovely for younger people. We did use the pharmacy and small grocery nearby"

"The property is absolutely stunning! The decor and finish is of such a high spec. The communal room is lovely and the pool and outside area is beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and just enough to start your day! The hosts are lovely and attentive just enough but not in your face. The location is great and close enough to walk into town. I would definitely recommend this place! "

"Absolute best location!
Literally a one minute walk to the tram hub and opera house.
Very quiet hotel which suited us just fine for this trip.
Our room was huge with three large windows which opened to allow air flow.
The hotel was very clean.
One thing that we did not like was you could not get a coffee from the machine during the breakfast hours unless you were eating breakfast (and yes, they had coffee in your room but no milk) not the end of the world but kind of silly really.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

"A great home from home. Chilled filter water (sparkling and still) available 24 / 7). The bar and lounge on ground floor is nicely divided into bays. Helpful staff at the reception. Many healthy breakfast options. Quiet room, yet hotel is in the heart of the shopping district and plenty of places to eat. Well linked by tram, to airport, main railway station, and the many places of interest. Tourist Information is very close too. Room always beautifully clean, smells fresh. "
"Laundry and fitness room excellent. Evening Pizza was very good and reasonable. Kitchen facilities complete. Best of all was staff - always very helpful."
"The staff at the front desk were very helpful, many times, with our questions. They offered many good ideas for activities and helped us find specific stores. They explained the tram system and sold us tickets. They were happy people and very polite. "
