"The hotel is so conveniently located. It is close to everything… restaurants, department stores, subway station, hop on and off etc…. Our proactive house keeper Ms.Fu’s attention to Detail was next to none. Our room was always immaculate. With keen observation, she even thoughtfully adjusted the shower holder to a very appropriate height. We also had a very pleasant check-out experience with front desk staff Isabella. Her smile was contagious. She warmly greeted us, was efficient and we look forward to coming back to stay next time. Last but not least, Olivia at the Concierge desk was exceptional!!! She was knowledgeable and resourceful. She assisted with our restaurant bookings and gave great suggestions re our sightseeing options. These three ladies are true asset to your team! "

The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. "This must be one of the best hotels in the city. The location is perfect on the river, and the rooms are incredibly well-appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely and could spend an hour at breakfast with the choice."

"The room has charging port which does not require me to take out my adapter which is super convenient! Room is very big! Staff also very helpful especially the hotel managers and the Concierge. They also allowed me to deposit my luggage with them even after I checked out to go for day trip. The location also is super close to Nanjing East Road. Recommend!"
