The bed was good and we slept well, but the rest of the furniture was out of date. Did not have the number of towels needed for 2 people staying in the room. The desk guy was helpful to us and observed him meeting a variety of needs of others. He was the only one there at evening and was there in the AM.

Overall nice. However go with your wet suit or be prepared for COLD water in the water park. I also wasn’t a fan of their parking situation either get valet or the garage for a large price or walk a good distance to and from your vehicle. We stayed recently in the “winter” months and we were woken up early by them cleaning and prepping the outdoor area for spring/summer. Not the easiest place to go to “relax” overall my kids had fun but we won’t rush back that’s for sure.
