"Pictures posted on website made this place look a lot nicer then it was. Door to the room had sunlight popping threw it down the side, then the humidifier was making noises, this was the only thing I had called the front desk about and she told me to just unplug it and I said are we sure it's working ..."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. There were a few maintenance issues such as toilet handle needing to be shaken, loose grab bar in elevator, and leaking tub faucet. I was too busy enjoying my vacation to complain which is probably how these things get overlooked. ..."

"The room was clean as well as the appliances in the kitchen area. The refrigerator was perfect with a freezer combo (husband is diabetic and needed to be able to store insulin and travel ice packs). The AC worked amazingly. The staff war polite from check in to check out!"
