We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay.
