We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a big hit. Everything was as expected and made for a relaxing getaway.

Best Vacation House

This is our second time to stay at this house. It gets better every time. Last summer was amazing but it was better this time. We plan on making this vacation home a part of our summers from now on.

Perfect Getaway

The house was lovely and cozy. It was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic in a nice private yard. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location was perfect. Just minutes from the beach and close to all of the restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was top-notch and everything was smooth and easy. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely adorable!

Loved our stay at this adorable beach cottage. Especially loved the sitting room away from tv for my coffee, excellent bedding, and the fantastic pool in the back yard.

Great place and wonderful host!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had a great location, had all the comforts of home, and was very family friendly with the pool! Our host Marion was very responsive and accommodating! We hope to come back soon!

Great Time

A beautiful home with great amenities in a tranquil setting. We really enjoyed our time at this home and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beaches were close and parking was ample. I would love to come back to this home.

The owners are wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a good time and they certainly succeeded! The house is beautifully decorated and everything you need is available. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Winter Getaway

Our stay at Bay Pointe Cottage was most ideal. The space is so welcoming, clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. The cottage is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we wanted to see and do. The outdoor patio and pool area provided for a serene area to unwind and relax. Marion, the owner, is very hospitable, kind and easily accessible. Thanks so much, Marion, for making our Bonita Springs vacation so positively memorable.

Just what we were looking for!

We’ve been coming to this area for years. This rental is - so far- our top choice!We love the amazing garden with lots of privacy. The pool is much larger than expected from the pictures. House is very well kept and wifey stole the one or the other decoration inspiration. Birds are chirping all day - pure relaxation.Love the office space you’ve set up for us. This was definitely not our last visit here….

Great pool

My boys loved the pool! They would have stayed in it all day if we let them! They have tons of beach stuff in the shed. Plus, there is a delicious ice cream shop right down the road! We had a great vacation and would definitely stay again!!

Charming home with lovely private pool!

The house was very charming and we loved the pool/backyard space. It was beautifully decorated and had just about everything we could have wanted/needed. I would recommend some plastic glassware for hanging out by the pool and dinners out back. Thank you!

Bonita Springs

The cleaniness of the property was great. The bedrooms are good sized, has everything you need for in the kitchen for preparing meals. Lots of beach and pool supplies( just wish there had been a broom to sweep the deck and pool area for the seeds that are falling from the tree).The listing says it's 1 mile from the beach, however driving is around 2 1/2 miles. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy 3 BR 2 BA close to most everything. Nicely maintained furnishings and decor and room enough to stretch out. This SO beats a hotel for about the same price. Timely responses from the owner. We'll definitely seek out this property on our next trip to Bonita. D2 from Birmingham, Alabama

Lovely home, great location!

How could we possibly have any complaints when the ice cream shop is a block away? 😊 home is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has super beach accessibility. Pool is great too! Even with ten days of crummy weather we were comfortable, and happy !

Perfect pool

When booking a property with a pool, the direction it faces is important. This large pool has plenty of sun and a lot of lounging area. The host is most accessible to adjust the pool temp and schedule as needed. Comfortable home in a great location that is well stocked.

Absolutely yes!

Such a beautiful place! So cute and cozy. Beautifully interior designed, clean pool, bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean. But my favorite - the infant items included! The crib was a HUGE bonus, the highchair, the toys, the beach and pool toys. The host is very responsive and respectful. We all enjoyed staying there, it was home away from home.

Great stay!

We stayed for 5 days and had an excellent experience! The house was clean, well furnished and had a nice flow and was in a great area. The house had nice decor which made it feel like a home and not a hotel. The outdoor space is very private and sunny which made enjoying thr pool really relaxing. We traveled with a toddler and having a separate room with a crib was great so that we could hang out while she was napping. The owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. We'd definately stay at one of their properties again!

Cute cottage

Very cute cottage. We liked the location & kids loved the pool. Owners very responsive! House could use a good deep cleaning. Would be very nice if they added a garbage disposal to the kitchen sink. Otherwise it’s very cute & comfortable!
