I reserved this location because it’s close to the main city center. The area was quite busy, since the port is just across the street, but it’s very convenient if you’re planning to take ferries to the nearby small towns. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and convenient, a great stay overall.

We had an incredible stay at Nap Luxury Guest House! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the ferry terminal, which made traveling to the Amalfi Coast super convenient. Highly recommend!.

NAP Luxury Guest House Municipio is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Quiet, well-designed property with only a few rooms. Modern, clean, comfortable, stylish. I loved having all of the bath products: hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, face and body washes, face and body creams, and more, all with a fresh unisex scent. Cozy king bed, fluffy towels, a nice selection of beverages and treats, coffee & tea. Balconies with views over the port was fun. This is a busy and noisy area, but the noise blocking doors kept most of that out. Black-out options, great AC, plenty of room for luggage and personal items. The staff here has been wonderful. Dining, cocktail, and site recommendations were all excellent. The breakfast in the morning had many fresh tasty options, both savory and sweet. I loved having a non-dairy cappuccino while watching the crowds out the window. The only things missing from the room were a full length mirror and a comfy chair or chaise. Still this stay has definitely been worthy of 5 stars.

Niccolo was an incredibly gracious host. He spoke fluent English, met us downstairs, escorted us to the room, immediately served us a cappuccino and a croissant, and gave us information to your Naples. He also arranged for our cab the next day and gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. I've never had a better reception at a hotel before.

Great place to stay in Naples

This is a great place to stay - friendly, clean and everything worked. Good breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay here again if in Napoli. Just don’t trust the Google map directions - it’s behind a green door just before the main road past the cruise port.

Nicolo went above and beyond for us. He prepared a special itinerary, understanding we had only one full day. He recommended the top places to see, along with recommendations for lunch and dinner, based on our preferences. It was unsual for me. Nicoló is a great host. He knows the town, the places, the tours, the restaurants. All of his recommendations were not only correct but very accurate. Great rooms with a lot of attention to details and several amenities such as a minibar, a water heater for tea or coffee, bottle drinking water in the room every day. We were very happy to have chosen NAP Luxury Guesthouse Piazza Municipio in this trip. Unforgettable.

We stayed here for a week and loved every second! The guesthouse is located in a super tourist friendly area of the city, which made all our outings and activities easy to access. The room was big and very clean. The staff was fantastic, they made us feel very welcomed and safe, and helped us arrange several activities and taxis. We also loved the breakfast each morning, which was far superior to most continental breakfasts we’ve had. We cannot recommend NAP enough and will surely stay again!

NAP Municipo-highly recommend

The location was perfect for catching our ferry next day to Amalfi. We also were able to take the Alibus from the airport to the last stop at the Molo Beverello Port which was across the street from NAP Municipo. Our host, Nico, was great with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He had such a welcoming personality. His staff was also great, “no problem” was the common phrase when we asked for anything or help. The breakfast was diverse and filling-assorted breads, cheeses, meats (cold cuts), yogurt, cereal, honey on the comb, fresh juices and made to order coffees. The room was clean, had a nice shower and an additional bed for our 15 year old. The building doesn’t look like a typical hotel more of a municipal building, has elevator service or up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. It has a small reception area with the dining room right off of the reception and a few rooms located off of the reception all on the same floor. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family.
