"Location was good. View from front verandah lovely. Beds ok. Property in need of decent clean and repairs. Cobwrbs, gritty floor, dust and rubbish under lounge and bedside tables, shower leaks. REALLY needs an air-conditioner. House gets hot as an oven and having a couple of fans just doesn't cut ..."
