"This home was the perfect size and location for four adults and our one grandson. We have stayed here before and we hope to come back again and again. The host was gracious, attentive and very helpful. This is the only property we’ve ever found that allows early checkin (11 am) AND a later checkout (2 pm)! "Great location! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to shopping, grocery store, restaurants, Scoopers ice cream and the beach. There were plenty of walking trails too. Inside was perfect size for the 5 of us. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. It was peaceful at night. We got lucky and had 2 1/2 days of great weather. "Wonderful little cottage and yard. Great location. Four of us on fun sewing/quilting retreat. Great quality bedding, towels, amenities. Well stocked kitchen, top grade appliances. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!! Otherwise it was fine. We’d stay there again (if heating system/ducts serviced)."

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
