"The location of this hotel is great! Very close to Osaka station and easy access to all the subway lines and buses. It is on the quieter side of Umeda, which we appreciated. The main shopping area is within walking distance as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked the Deluxe Double room for our 4 night stay and it was very spacious (especially with big luggages) and very affordable. The room was very clean and the hotel has a big range of amenities and benefits for guests! Would definitely recommend staying here "

Lo mejor definitivamente fue el buffet. 100% vale la pena porque tiene todas las opciones. Las almohadas y la cama fueron de lo mejor también entonces 5 estrellas en ese aspecto. El checkin y la introducción para entender los diferentes aspectos como el buffet, el control para el aire o para abrir las persianas automáticas, también muy buenas. It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka!
