Breakfast was excellent - hot food was hot and not dried up, and there was a very good choice of cereals, pastries and fruit. "We stayed 3 times at The Palmer. The attached Restaurant was quick, efficient and had some healthy and some decadent options. The rooms and ammenities are basic but comfortable. The free laundry facilities were nice but got a bit crowded for mid trip washing."

Air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the front desk staff were super friendly and happy to help me get to and from my events. There’s a taxi rank right out the front, and the secure off-street parking was a big plus. Buffet breakfast runs from 6–9 a.m., and there’s also room service if you feel like staying in."
