“We used this property last year as it welcomed pets and a large dog was one of the party. There is a box with dog 'stuff' included in the furnishing - says it all!! The standard of decoration, fitments and furnishing is extremely high. It's a welcoming cottage where we all felt at home, especially the dog. It's a quiet location but within easy drives of attractions and adventures around Calderdale and beyond.The Property Manager is very helpful and answers queries promptly.I cannot recommend it……

“2 couples stayed for a few days to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The house is beautiful and typical of the area with good size well decorated rooms. A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. "I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
