“The parking process was a tad bit difficult to explain but other than that everything else was excellent.”

“Ruben was very helpful and always responded quickly. We had no issues with our stay and it was very close to the zoo which was nice. The house is cute and cozy. It does get pretty hot, but we were able to turn the temperature down and there are fans available so we were very comfortable.”

“We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The cottage is inviting with high end appliances and beautiful decor. The view of the lake through the beveled glass doors from the living room couch is very relaxing. We could see that a lot of love went to making the cottage feel like a home away from home.Kayla R.”

“The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.”

“Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.”

“Clean, parking instructions excellent, great location for trip purposes. The one issue we had the host took care of promptly. Great for short stay but no place to hang anything. Would stay there again.”

“The place was clean and big enough for our family. We were able to do Walmart delivery after traveling since we were tired and didn’t want to go anywhere else. The washer/dryer came in handy so I didn’t have to overpack. Plenty of towels and supplies, etc. The host even left a pitcher of filtered water for us in the fridge. The only thing I’d say about it is bring your own pillow because they were a little too fluffy and too firm so my neck cricked a little sideways. The beds were comfy.”
