We are a family of 5, so the bed set up was perfect, kids thought it was quite a novelty having all the beds in one room. Staff were nice. It could have done with a simple wire clothes hanger to hang out bathers/ towels. Bathroom floor could have done with a slightly better clean as hairs were present. Lovely location, about 25mins from Merewether beach and Newcastle 5mins more. We enjoyed dinner at the local RSL. For the one night it ticked most boxes for us

Nice view. The staff not available on Sunday. The room needs a revamp. Thin door on connecting room could hear next doors conversations. Have stayed in other rooms here that had been updated much better.

Friendly welcome, however, promised lake view was a view of motel rooftop, broken shower head and poor water pressure made showering impossible. Kitchenette provided crockery and cutlery but watered-down detergent, half a tea towel and half a chux wipe. This was billed as ‘Deluxe’….not even close. But it was quiet.
