“The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped ( even a cafetiere ). Finding that there was a sofa bed was good. The approach along the stairs isn't wonderful, a bit drab and unloved but once in the apartment, all is good. There is some street parking right outside the Stratford and we were lucky and bagged a space, otherwise free parking nearby in other streets. ”

“The rooms were at the raptor foundation, so you had access to the collection of Buzzards, eagles etc. A lovely place to stay lovely friendly staff . plenty of parking quiet friendly and the rooms were perfect for an overnight stay. Great value fpr momey”

“The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.”

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the……
