"Erin, at the front desk, knew that we stay there 4 times per year, every year- and found ways to recognize our loyalty. The room she chose for us was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she do special things for us but she also was demonstrating methods for enabling the Inn's owners to ensure future business. Every Holiday Inn needs at least one Erin!"
