The hotel is old and the rooms need updating. The fixtures are old and outdated.

Clean. Good staff, except for one person at check-in. Not sure what that was about. Nice rooms. Good food options in area, everything very walkable. Would stay here again.

Rooms are a little outdated. Need new carpet. Shower needs re-caulked. When anyone in your room or adjacent rooms flush the toilet, you hear a loud ringing noise. Restaurant and bar are good though.

The property was outdated. Our room had structural issues (the floor slanted). Having the kitchen and living area was nice. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Great location for us near where my son lives. Room was clean quiet. Only issue was AC did not work. Told desk person and they said you have to keep thermostat at 68 for it to work. First night was too warm and stale with no air flow. Requested desk to move us, they accommodated....better sleep second night. They knew AC wasn't working when they assigned us to the room via notes in their system revealed during discussion with desk. So, why would they put us in that room to begin with? Had they been busier, we would not have been able to change rooms :-(
