The "Senior " room's bathroom door had the veneer rubbed off, the toilet tank lid was broken, the shower chair was old & had brown spots all over it. It had 4 legs but only three touched the floor. The toilet was low, it did have a grab bar. The tub was high & difficult to lift leg over it. The mattress looked new but it still had the plastic on it & everytime you moved it made crackling sounds.
