Great location! Plenty of room for everyone

This is our third trip to this condo. The location is within easy access to so many amenities. The layout of the condo provides enough room and space for adults and kids to enjoy. Cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a family get away!

Feb vaca Ski trip

Location was close to all that North Conway has to offer and attitash mtn for skiing. Co do was clean and spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves

Ideal Location

We stayed at this condo for an end-of-summer getaway with the kids. The unit is as advertised - clean and spacious with an ideal location (close proximity to the village, hiking trails and Storyland). Check-in/out was very easy. We look forward to our next stay.

Fantastic experience staying in NH

It's beautiful, quiet and very clean and warm condo in N.Conway. I've stayed here for a couple of days during the Christmas vacation. Nice view, convenient location. About 20 minutes to Mt Attitash and 25 minutes to wildcat. Good place for skiing too.

Great place

Clean, convenient, everything we needed. Real plus that it's off West Side Rd. because that makes it easier to avoid N. Conway traffic en route to Kancamagus and US 302. Beautiful view of mountains and field behind house.

Sister's weekend

After a few problems that we were able to take care of with Paul, we had a great time! For the most part the property was very clean, well located and supplied. If we are looking for somewhere in North Conway, we would definitely consider this.

Great stay for Storyland

The condo was very clean and spacious. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and downstairs game room with foosball and a PlayStation. The pool was heated and not crowded. The Mountain View from the back deck was wonderful for dinner and drinks. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Storyland. We would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a great trip. Pool was warm and enjoyed the amenities. Thought garbage removal and laundry services should have been included in cleaning fees.

Great location

The house was very clean and provided for all you would need for an extensive stay. The location was perfect. Just a 10 minute ride to the north end of the main drag in North Conway (simply take a left when you get to the road where you came in) and then a right when you get to the stop sign at the year round jam shop. I strongly suggest you bring your own towels and linens (as we did) because of the requirements to have everything laundered and put away before you leave on the final day. Great location and plenty of space for families

This is our second time staying at this condo, and our family loves it. The location is great, and it is a very welcoming environment in this residential area. The kids loved the pool, and also the foosball table in the basement. We liked having multiple levels of space for our family of 5. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains and it is very peaceful.

Exceptional stay for a Mom and Son ski trip!

We couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and location of our weekend ski weekend. Plenty of room for 3 moms and 3 teen boys to hang out, play games, and make dinner together. The upstairs loft and basement with fuse ball and video game consoles was a plus for the teens! Short drive to Bretton Woods and very close to North Conway restaurants. Also enjoyed a snowy hike to Dianas Baths only a few minutes away. Owner Paul was very communicative and responsive. Looking forward to a retun visit!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

Great stay!

Every year we do a big family vacation with 4 adults and 4 kids. This was the perfect location and house. The condo was great with a loft for the kids and (2) bedrooms with AC. The first floor had a great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals), dining and living room. The kids liked having a space to play in the basement and the field out back was perfect to run and play in. We appreciated the folding chairs to bring out to the deck and for an extra seat at the table. The little touches make a good stay great! You can see the pool from the front door and the kids loved it. The complex is great to ride bikes in or take a walk. We were close to North Conway, hiking trails, and many activities when we wanted to get out and explore. Paul was quick to answer when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Family fun in North Conway

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child (4). There was plenty of room for all of us. Due to,severe allergies we cook must of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use.

4th of July 2024 Stay

We enjoyed our three nights stay over the 4th of July 2024. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice view from the living room and deck. The pool was just a 1 minute walk from the unit. The location is a bit out from the center of town but we appreciated how peaceful it was. Paul, the owner of the unit, was responsive. We appreciated the air conditioners in the first and second floor bedrooms. The only downside was the loft sleeping for kids was extremely hot. I had the one skylight window open and fans going but it was still hot. My only suggestion was to somehow vent a portable AC unit out the window in the loft. Older kids may feel more comfortable sleeping in the basement. It was cooler down there. There was a futon and tv/games and direct outside access to a nice grassy area. They had loads of bikes for guest's use. The girls took a couple for a spin around the complex. Thank you Paul for a nice stay.

Lots of space and lots of amenities

We had a great stay in very spacious and pleasant home So many amenities in the kitchen and bikes and tennis racquets and even pickle ball gear My kids were so excited Nice pool super close Very clean and comfortable Very efficient AC - super helpful in the heat Only drawback is having to clean and dry the bed sheets - we had to wait around for an hour but we enjoyed the pool while waiting

Memorial Weekend getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Cannot say enough about the location, as it’s in a beautiful spot with great views. The condo is super clean and well taken care of. The homeowner Paul, is very responsive as well. We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful Views, Cozy Home

The condo was so cozy and clean, and it had plenty of space for myself and my friends. It was the perfect place to prepare for and relax after our half marathon. I would absolutely stay again. Very convenient to downtown and very quiet!
