"Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes ..."

We booked the day before because we absolutely wanted a place with air conditioning and this place was perfect!! The staff was also incredibly accommodating by letting us check in 2 hours early ..."
