If you are headed to Yosemite ( 11 miles from the south gate) or Bass Lake (just 4 miles) or just want to escape from the crowded city, this home is the answer. The house is on one of the best Lewis Creek frontage properties where you can listen to the relaxing sound of the waterfalls in the backyard or take a dip in one of the 3 refreshing pools. This 3 bdrm 2 bath home offers a view from every room. Conveniently located off Hwy 41, only 4 miles from the town of Oakhurst. The well-established neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. There are restaurants nearby or you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There are TV's in every room, and a dog door that goes out to a large and secure fenced area for your pets to roam yet be safe. The house above is also a vacation rental. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway.

Perfect summer getaway

This my second time at this amazing rental and it was even better than the last time! Bass lake is a short easy drive away and the river in the backyard is perfect to cool off from the summer heat. The hosts are wonderful and the home has everything you could need. Definitely looking forward to future visit!

Another stay in an idyllic paradise

This is our second time staying in this home and we love coming here. Located close to bass lake and Yosemite, it's easy to do day trips to either one. A really great feature is the private stream on the property, this has been amazing both times. You can sit next to the river and just relax in privacy while the kids play in the water. Later at night you can grill up some steaks, have a drink and hop in the hot tub. Can't say enough great things, we'll be back!

What a Trip !

This was a beautiful moment for my family and I. You should check it out for the river that is just at a walking distance. The place was also very cleanly, spacious, and pleasant. Thank you so much again !

This property is magical, and exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in to a cool, relaxing vibe with a candle lit and hand written note, to the most comfortable beds and sheets, and plush towels, to a private serene property and the gorgeous creek running through the back yard where us and the kids spent every day with our furry friend playing and swimming in! Every detail is thought of, we did not have to reach out to the host once. We will for sure be back! Thank you!!

My daughter and I LOVED this home. The river, pellet heater, jacuzzi, bathtubs… all of it. The beds were comfortable, and the TV had all the streaming apps, Close to Yosemite. Highly recommended.

Lovely getaway close to Yosemite.

Cozy woodsy cabin with a lovely creek in the backyard. This property has a lived in and loved vibe that was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and Oakhurst town is just a short drive away with shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful Yosemite Cabin

You just can't beat the location of this home. The creek in the backyard was amazing to hang out at and the fenced yard was wonderful for our Golden Retriever.

Oakhurst Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice home in a beautiful, quiet area of Oakhurst. The home had everything we needed including a hot tub that was enjoyed in the evening while looking at the stars. The next time I visit Yosemite I would not hesitate renting this home again.

Wonderful Woods House

Loved staying at this property! House is a beautiful woodsy cabin with modern amenities and lovely antiques. Backyard is fantastic with a running stream , hot tub, decks, etc. Enjoyed it all! Will be coming back.

Bass lake getaway

Just 16 miles from Yosemite and 3 miles to Bass Lake. Perfect location! The cabin was ample, and very nicely decorated. The bed were super comfy. Little sprinkles of local art for sale throughout. Loved sitting on the deck and the sound of the rushing waters below. Woild definitely rent again😊👍
