Family Reunion

The location of the property was amazing! The views of the ocean were awesome! Even saw porpoises and sea lions! Good proximity to close by restaurants and coffee bars!Our only negative feedback was the musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

The location and layout of the house was fantastic and it was hard where to choose to watch the sunset from each night as there are 4 levels to choose from, each offering a great experience and view. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning & so peaceful

We loved this property & will very likely stay here again. We ended up only having 8 of us, but we could have brought the whole clan. Everyone had privacy & plenty of places to connect as a family as well. Panoramic windows were amazing felt like the ocean came into the house we definitely look to stay again for our next large group trip

Amazing location!

Absolutely loved this property! Plenty of space for multiple families to stay together and not feel like they are on top of each other or feel crowded. 3 different levels with multiple places to sleep and 4th floor to the rooftop and spa! Great views all around to catch the sunrise or watch the sunset. If you’re feeling cold, they have a ton of heaters and blankets available. There’s also plenty of parking but keep in mind if you are staying during street cleaning. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but no worries because we hope to stay here again!!

Thanksgiving to remember

We thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday in this terrific beachfront property. The place is huge with views of the ocean from all levels. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our dinner preparations. The property management team was fantastic. I called them because we were out of propane and they responded in fifteen minutes. I highly recommend it especially if you have a large group.

Relaxing holiday spot

Beautiful location - woke up to the ocean on the rocks, but in the afternoon with low tide, we had beautiful sunny walks along the beach. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 10, with lots of extra space. The rooftop has an amazing view and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. They offered portable ice makers on bottom and street-level kitchenette areas. One was broken. Within a couple of hours of reporting it, they brought us a new one. It was really nice having the portable ice-maker. We would definitely consider staying again.

Best Reunion Ever!

We had 13 grandkids and 10 adults at our family reunion for a week. We Can’t say enough about how fabulous the house, the beach and the location was for our family. We do family reunions away from home every other year. This was by far the best. Thanks to management for excellent service and amenities. Whether it was low tide or high tide, everyone played for hours on the beach and in the ocean. Bring sand toys, shovels, beach chairs and boogie boards and your stay there will be perfect!! There is an easy path between the rocks to get down to the beach. Thanks for a great week.

We had 18 family members staying at the house and were easily able to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to the pier. The only issue we had were some overly interested neighbors who don't appreciate having rental property in their area. The management company was easy to work with and always responsive.

There was only 6 of us for Easter weekend however this property would be ideal for multi families with lots of kids. It as a big kitchen, lots of rooms with bunk beds and 2 separate spas (one on the roof top and other on the beach level). Unfortunately the pool was not working during our stay but that would be an amazing feature if possible! Hopefully they are able to get that to work out and we will be back!!!

Everything we needed was there. A quick trip to the local stores and we were all set! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, just the sounds of the sea. Rooftop desk with jacuzzi and gas fire ring was awesome!!! The cafe lights at night was a nice touch. I can’t say enough about Beach Front Only. We were beach front.

Great location, run down property

First thing you notice is a 2'x3' sign saying property is under permit for renovation and converted to 3 condos. Stepping inside, you can see that they haven't invested a dime in years and are getting ready to convert it. The bath rooms are antiquated, the furniture is very worn, only 3 tv's in a 9 bedroom house, kitchenware is from Goodwill, etc. The lighting is all on timers and I had the bathroom go dark while in the shower. Lucky I didn't slip soaking wet searching for the switch. It was not my first rodeo in renting big beach houses for the family and this one needs a major facelift. Way, way too expensive for the quality of the property. The property manager was superb though, replacing broken chairs and coffee makers quickly. The location and the beach was fabulous. Too many other options in the area, pass on this one.

Absolutely no customer service. Left many messages and manager would not return my call. Lights kept turning off during our stay. Water damage on the floor in garage and my friend almost slipped. Would not recommend or ever return with beachfront properties.

Excellent stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a safe, quarantine friendly vacation and this place provided it! Check in process was a breeze, and all of the codes were perfect for a "no contact" check in. We checked in, and the house smelled VERY freshly clean and safe. The house was perfect- fridge was nice and cold, all the dishes were great. We loved the location! Right on the beach. There is an access point from the private beach, but it is a little difficult to get down- an easier one is located about a 5 minute walk down the street. Lots of take out/delivery near by. Parking situation was very easy and the garage was more than large enough to fit an SUV and a midsized sedan. Bedrooms were fantastic, nice comfortable mattresses and all the windows opened up to the ocean. The rooftop deck was awesome as well! We loved the hot tubs, one on the roof and one near the beach were great! Wifi was actually very fast; we brought an apple tv and we were able to connect that to the tv in the living room without a problem. We did not need any assistance while we were there, however it appears it would be very easy to get in touch with management. Overall, a great stay. Could not have asked for anything more!

Biggest Disappoint

This was the worst of all the places we have stayed on VRBo. Yes. there were lots of bedrooms but imagine 6 bedrooms downstairs, including the one with the bunks and no bathroom. The living room has a big couch but the seating is so deep, no one was comfortable with bring a pillow from their rooms. The carpet under the table was dirty . There were no extra towels until we called. They said, everone brings their own. In all the time we have used VRBO, we know of no one that brings their own. Several of the electrical outlets in our bathroom did not work. Never repaired.. The heating is terrible. Yes there are high ceiling but we were either to hot or too cold. If we turned up the heat to try to get the living room warm, the bedrooms became unbearable. The kitchen is well seetocked but the coffee maker is up so high that I could not make a cup without help. The microoven was the same. So high I could not use it without help .Lucky i had some tall grandchildren with me...We did enjoy the large dining room where we could all eat together...I dont know what to tell you except look around before you choose this place..For what you will pay to use this place, go someplace else
