"Beautiful spacious studio. Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. They warned it's a basement apartment and I may hear people above me, but that was never a problem. Disappointments: 80% of the ocean view is blocked by the huge house across the street. And unlike nearly all Oceanside properties, there is no balcony. Every time I needed to open the freezer it was frozen shut, so I had to use a great deal of force, resulting in ice spilling onto the floor which I had to keep picking up, and had to permanently leave a towel on the floor. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary getaway. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed having large windows to take it all in. However, be mindful that there are no window coverings. The distance to the cafes and beach was perfect. We walked down the hill each day to enjoy the charming community and stunning beach. We appreciated that there were camping chairs and beach towels offered. It was a cozy space and a memorable trip."

"This house was perfect for us and three 12 year old girls and our two dogs. The proximity to the beach and the fenced yard were perfect for us. The only downside is the room with the bunk bed is quite a bit smaller than we perceived from the photos, but it worked fine.We would definitely rent this place again!"
