"We were on a girls trip to Friesian Festival at the Kentucky Horse Park. Perfect location to the horse park... roomy bedrooms, comfortable beds... and a hot tub! Plenty of bathrooms and seating. Large driveway for multiple cars."

"Carlos (host) and his house were perfect! We loved the house. It is just darling. We were so comfortable. We loved having a backyard for our dogs to explore and a charming neighborhood for longer dog walks. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. We were so close to downtown restaurants and shops but the neighborhood was really quiet and private. Carlos was so attentive and helpful and he made sure the house had everything we needed. You could tell that he put a lot of thought into equipping the house with special little touches like K-cups, hair ties, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The house was also really clean. Although we don't have small children anymore, we took a peek at the upstairs and loved it! What a fun place for kids to hang out and have their own space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home base that feels like their own home. I hope to stay here again next time we are in the area."

"We stayed at Xenia at Rucker Ave the weekend of November 7–9, and it exceeded every expectation we had. I knew from the photos that it looked like a nice property, but when we arrived, we were truly amazed at just how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained it is. The pictures simply do not do it justice.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and perfectly executed. Mark has clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The décor is tasteful and elegant, and the backyard is absolutely charming—complete with a lovely fire pit, barbecue area, and cozy string lights.We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and our group stayed in several different places. This property was by far the nicest—better even than the high-end resort where we had additional rooms. We also had a special request during our stay, and Mark accommodated it graciously and promptly.I personally can’t wait to come back for a fun weekend getaway. I give this property a full 5-star experience and have already begun recommending it to my friends. Highly, highly recommended!"

"This is a wonderful property. It is very cozy, and the beds are fantastic. About our only criticism would be more that there was not a lot of lighting in the primary bedroom and that there needed to be a better non-stick skillet or two for the kitchen. Also, for those with kiddos, the stairs to the loft are very steep. Property is perfect for adults though, and the location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. "

"The property was clean, comfortable & in a great spot! We were within 0.5 miles of shops and restaurants as well as being in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus adding another nice hang out spot. Every detail of this property from the furniture to the pictures made this place very home-like. The property manager himself was beyond kind and very responsive! We had beyond a 5 star stay!"
