My wife and I stayed at the Chamberlin Inn on a Friday and Saturday night in late July 2026. We were immediately impressed with the cuteness of the boutique hotel as soon as we entered the doors. The small lobby was welcoming and had great decor. We paid $800 for the two nights. The rooms were not the largest, but all of them that we saw had great uniqueness and good amenities. Each room was slightly different from the next. No problem with sound between the rooms or coming from other parts of the hotel. Nice touch in giving guests a voucher for two complementary drinks in the bar. A musician played music outside in the back lawn area on Friday night. Table and chairs were set up on the lawn, which allow us to enjoy the music and good drinks. We were surprised that the lawn was not a little better maintained as far as grass height. We would recommend a little better lawn maintenance, which would allow us to be even more comfortable, enjoying the environment. A continental breakfast was provided in the morning, which was a nice touch, but we felt a little more effort could’ve been given to the food provided. No milk for the oatmeal, fruit was not cut up, and the pastries were obviously prepackaged and didn’t impress. We were there by 7:30am and it already needed to be restocked. Didn’t seem like there was a point of contact in the eating area to check on the food. The second day we skipped the breakfast and went to the Rooster Cafe. Overall, nice hotel.
