The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating.

Gorgeous hotel, very modern and clean

Staff was fine. Room was dirty. Bed was thankfully ok. Towels had holes. Shower had hair. Hot tub was sketchy. Pool was ok. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nicer. We were just there for the night so didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining and trying to get another room.

Arriving,staff was very helpful,respectful,the area and room was very well maintained. Breakfast was on point with all serving pans and containers of food holders were clean as well. Was not able to use pool area but did go look and It was well stocked and pool was very well light and clear if debrie. Came home and sent family info for there next stay at this location.
