Hermoso noveno piso de tres habitaciones, tres baños, unidad de lujo con vista al Golfo de México en la mejor parte de Orange Beach, con piscina cubierta climatizada, piscina al aire libre, cancha de tenis, amplio estacionamiento, frente a las tiendas, aproximadamente a 30 millas entre Mobile, AL y Pensacola, FL.

Tres habitaciones grandes, tres baños grandes. Las habitaciones están decoradas profesionalmente con muebles de lujo sobre pisos de cerámica. Esta hermosa unidad tiene una excelente vista del agua azul del Golfo de México.

El dormitorio principal frente al golfo tiene cama king size, televisión LCD / HD, reproductor de DVD y acceso al balcón a través de una puerta separada, el enorme baño principal con tocador doble, jacuzzi, ducha separada y vestidor.

El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama doble, armario, televisión LCD / HD, reproductor de DVD y su propio baño con tocador y ducha. La segunda habitación de invitados tiene dos camas individuales, armario, televisión LCD / HD, DVD, baño muy grande con tocador, bañera y ducha.

La sala de estar con amplio balcón frontal del golfo ha sido decorada con hermosas flores y tapices, centro de entretenimiento, televisión de pantalla plana de 35 ", DVD, VCR, estéreo y acceso a Internet de alta velocidad.

El comedor está ocupado con cómodas sillas alrededor de la hermosa mesa de madera junto al mostrador de la cocina y los taburetes. La cocina cuenta con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, incluyendo refrigerador, máquina de hielo, microondas, estufa, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, batidora eléctrica, utensilios, todo tipo de platos, ollas y sartenes. The pictures do not give this condo the correct vision. This condo was absolutely stunning! The entire condo was spotless, the bedrooms were spacious, and the view was amazing! All stores are in walking distance and there is plenty to do. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Orange Beach! Pari was super responsive and available to our needs. We loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location!!
The unit is as described. We all had our own room along with bathroom. Plenty of overall space. The room size was average for each room. The condo is decorated as shown in pictures. We had plenty of essentials provided by the property owner. Pari reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The reason for four stars instead of five is the king size bed was annoying as the headboard isn’t attached to the bed frame and any time one moves it knocks against the wall. Overall, loved the unit and we would definitely reserve again.

Clean, well equipped. Nice building, nice area with markets across the street and some restaurants in immediate area. Check-in/check-out was simple with no hassles. The only problem was the toilet handle in the master bath broke. I messaged the owner and she sent someone right away to fix it. Pari, the owner was so sweet and accommodating. She even offered us 2 extra nights at the same rate and of course we said yes because who doesn't want some extra beach time! We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to hopefully staying at this unit again.

The condo was big and had a great view. There is plenty of restaurants close to the condo. Neighborhood Walmart across the street. That was helpful. I recommend this condo in Orange Beach.

Fall Break
A spontaneous last minute booking. My grand-daughter asked for the beach, so away we went. We love Gulf Shores and this was the perfect location. The unit was clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and everyone was comfortable. The pool is amazing with zero entry, beach was beautiful and the parking was so convenient. Will definitely stay there again. Pari is very responsive to any needs.

Great girls trip location
Property was clean, up to date, pool area was nice, short boardwalk to beach, and not too crowded, as it's a smaller unit. The only concern was limited parking, which is accommodated with overflow, but overflow is a short distance away and $25/day/vehicle. I don't think this is rental management's issue, as a significant portion of the lot is reserved for residents. At any rate, an excellent place to stay.

Family Vacation 2023
We have always been last minute when it comes to vacations or mini trips. This one was no different. We booked this trip less than a week before our arrival. Pari made everything so easy. Communication was A+ with all of the directions for check-in and key codes. The unit was much nicer than we expected for a last minute trip. It had everything we needed including a jacuzzi. 🙂 I would highly recommend this unit to friends, family, or just anyone in general. We had a great time and will book again for our next vacation.

Spacious Gulf Front with Responsive Owner
This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is spacious and well-located. Beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and primary bedroom. Huge Wal-Mart and restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues and had both repair and cleaning services available for same-day attention. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and the full size refrigerator / freezer kept up well with making ice and keeping our groceries cool and ready to take to the beach. Bring your own cooler and beach towels and plan to buy additional basics like paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. There’s a full size washer and dryer; bring or buy your own detergent and dryer sheets. The hall closet has lots of beach toys to borrow. Next time we’ll pack a collapsible wagon (for Wal-Mart runs) and beach chairs, to avoid the daily $40/day vendor fee for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (Price as of March, 2023).
