This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has spectacular gulf beach views. The sunrises are unforgettable. The entire building has been remodled. Pool, work out area, bar b-q area, large TVs in pool area, and veranda to watch sports. The common areas are in top notch condition. Inside the condo the Master bedroom has a king size bed for a comfortable and enjoyable nights sleep, with a slider leading to the balcony with that great view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a new queen size air matress for additional sleep space, and the couch can sleep another guest if necessary. The condo will sleep a family of 5-7 comfortably. Both bedrooms have televisions with a third in the living room. Internet and cable TV are also supplied. We are located six hours from Atlanta, 2.5 hours from New Orleans, 3 hours from Montgomery, and 4+ hours from Birmingham. The beach access is just steps away across the street with a traffic light next to the building. This area has great beaches, dining, nightlife, and fishing. The Amphitheater, with top name acts, is just a few minutes away and the Flora-bama and the Hangout are also near by. There are numerous festivals throughout the year with live music and great food. The shopping is great also. There are many boutiques and specialty stores all around town as well as a large outlet store in Foley. We are very close to the Orange Beach baseball fields, the Wharf, Owa amusement park, water parks, and so much more. There is so much to do here....so, what are you waiting for?

Quick weekend get-away

We arrived and were fortunate to check in early! The condo was as described and they provided the ‘basics’ (for example, toilet paper) with quality products! Thank you for a great place to unplug for the weekend. Only difficulty was the traffic light to cross back from the beach wasn’t functioning- but that was outside VRBO items!

This property is very clean and the owners are quick to get back to you when you have and questions or concerns. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We spent 3 days and we have no complaints!

Beach trip

The condo is very nice. We had a great view of the beach, and you can even see the bay from the front. The condo is very child friendly. The kids loved playing in the pool. The balcony over looks the pool. The public beach is right across the street too. We had a great stay.

Peaceful Vacation

Overall our stay was great. The listing is great view of the beach/ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. The community is quiet and peaceful and there are plenty of places to go and shop. The only reason why we didn’t rate it 5/5 stars is for the following reasons:The refrigerator although there wasn’t any items in it, it want not wiped completely clean. We found pieces of hair on the top shelf and food particles on the side compartments. Some pots and cooking utensils appeared clean but had greasy residue on some of them. We didn’t use any dishes but if we planned on doing so, that would’ve been a reason not to. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Me my wife and a friend came down in April for a wedding and stayed here. I think Peter said we were the first people to stay since winter came in. From start to finish Peter did a amazing job helping me through the whole process and answered any questions i had. The place was very nice, its not right on the beach but you get a perfect view of the beach and the pool is right below you. Getting into the room was super easy and when you go to leave on the last day it's made real easy for you. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The price was better then any where else we seen and the place is well worth the price.

Beautiful views

Our stay was great! Beautiful views and relaxing. Owner was very quick with response's to messages which we've never had before so we appreciated that very much! More than enough towels were left for our family of 4 with our 3 night stay.Only downfall was extremely NOISY upstairs neighbors.(Not the owners fault just wish we could have reported them to someone because it lasted till midnight or later most nights) Beautiful beach views and access to the beach with car access across the street. Shopping close by and parasailing near by as well. (Which we did and absolutely loves it!)We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for opening up your home, my kids loved it! One day we will be back!

Good beach access

If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and has easy access to the beach, this place will work fine. Public beach access is right across the street. I suggest the 5 minute easy walk so you don’t have to park and pay a fee. I would suggest to the owner to invest in better and more sturdy beach gear and maybe a small cooler. We used the 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella provided by the owner but we discovered the umbrella was too flimsy for the wind. We ended up paying for the beach chair and umbrella rentals on the beach. There was some construction going on during our stay. We were only disturbed a couple times by the noise and we understand the touch ups are necessary for a property exposed to the elements constantly. But it would have been nice to have a heads up on the the construction during the day.

This was a great place to bring three kids. The pool was just downstairs and the beach a five minute walk. The condo itself was clean, roomy, and had lots of options for the TV. The owners, Mike and Janice were easy to contact and were able to correct any issues (we had a moment when the AC was not working correctly, but was solved in an hour). We will certainly stay there again and recommend the condo to anyone we know that want to travel in the area. Only one thing that I may have missed in the listing is that there is a charge for parking.

Overall, it was a great condo with a pretty view. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Nice having easy access to a washer & dryer. Our son really enjoyed fishing in the bay behind the condo. We enjoyed the short walk to Coastal restaurant for a beautiful & fun dinner on the beach with live music. The beach is pretty but I recommend packing everything you need for the day (including a lunch), so you don’t have to cross the busy street multiple times a day. No complaints on the condo itself but I think Orange beach is just a little busier vacation spot than our family prefers.

Great Stay, perfect location.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk to beach. Highway does seem a bit intimidating but my 6 yr old son and I would make the walk every trip to the beach. Crosswalk makes it safe and convenient. Condo community is very quiet and nice. View of the beach and pool were perfect for the family as we could see our beach area/seats and speak to kids at pool.

The best time ever!!

Our hosts were amazing and incredibly accommodating and the room was absolutely gorgeous! It has the best view and is only a short walk from the beach. It included any amenity you would ever need, would most definitely recommend and book again ourselves!
