BEAUTIFUL MODERN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL CLOSE TO BEACHES AND GOLF COURSES
In Orihuela Costa, beautiful modern south facing fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and private pool (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner).
It consists of a sunny living room all day long (dining area, living room) and a fully equipped open kitchen. A master bedroom with its bathroom (view of the pool) and dressing room, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an independent bathroom. Upstairs, a second master bedroom with its bathroom and the solarium equipped with deckchairs, armchairs from which you can see the sea.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with trees, a terrace with awning and a south-facing swimming pool, all equipped with a large table, a barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi and international TV channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin and Las Colinas), beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) and all amenities.
2 minutes by car the shopping center La Fuente: pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, bank, hairdresser.
5 minutes away you will find the large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
A few minutes away, the city of Torrévieja and its entertainment and the surrounding cities Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena...

Nice villa not too far from shops and some restaurants etc. drive to beach. Villa well equipped. Few minor issues which were responded to promptly. Evette and Rachel lovely.

Christmas in the sun

Great Villa with all the amenities we required, close to all the golf courses we were playing, 5 minute walk to the pub and restaurants, also several super markets close by. Will be back.

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist chic und modern, wenn auch wegen der weißen Hochglanzfliesen nicht ganz pflegeleicht. Aber wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt und unseren gut 5-wöchigen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Unser Hund hatte auch Spaß. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche, Garten, Terrasse, Dachterrasse und vor allem der beheizte Pool haben uns sehr gefallen. Check-in und -out liefen reibungslos. Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung gibt es reichlich, sie sind z.T. fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Peaceful Holiday

This lovely villa is in a very quiet residential area close to supermarkets for self catering. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants. The swimming pool at the villa kept us cool in the heat of the afternoon. It is well equipped and vomfortable.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely villa

We had an amazing time at this lovely villa. The villa itself was very modern and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a joy but I'm glad we paid a bit extra to have it heated as it would have been a bit cold in May. The location was brilliant with several lovely beaches a short drive away (as well as plenty of shops, supermarkets etc.) Evette showed us where to find a great little bar next to a garden centre about 5 minutes walk away, and they served some tasty tapas dishes (plus some very strong cocktails!) at very reasonable prices. There is also a great shopping mall (La Zenia Boulevard) about 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely recommend!

Rachel’s villa

Such a treat to spend time in a beautiful and well maintained villa. A lovely stay. Thanks. Fantastic Winter Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in December 2023. The Villa was very clean and everything we needed was there. La Finca opposite the Villa was perfect for a lunch or dinner. Having the pool heated was great and the kids loved it !! Rachel & Evette were amazing and communication was excellent. The only thing to mention is that the upstairs 3rd bedroom is accessed from outside and is separate to the villa itself. This worked fine for us but is worth noting and being aware of. All in all a fantastic stay and we will be looking at dates for next December !!!

Fantastic beautiful Villa…heated pool absolute bonus. Evette met us with keys and tried to show us everything even though there was a power cut. Nothing was too much trouble and answered our questions quickly. Lovely quiet area. Will be back…Many thanks. 😎😎😎😎

Ontzettend fijn en compleet huis met heerlijk zwembad.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit huis. Vriendelijke host en eigenaresse. Vlotte communicatie. Wij hebben erg van het verwarmde zwembad genoten (eind november, begin december). Huis ligt in een rustige omgeving. Mooie tuin met genoeg zit- en ligplaatsen. Erg compleet huis qua uitrusting en zeer schoon. Goed en betaalbaar restaurant (La Finca) vlak achter het huis en leuke barretjes op loopafstand. Om naar zee te gaan is het handig als je een auto hebt. Britse supermarkt op loopafstand. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfect Stay

Everything we needed. Enjoyed the enclosed garden - very private and not overlooked. So handy for everything - beaches, shops. Villa was brilliant. Property Owner and Manager both responsive and good communicators - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great stay!
