The condo was absolutely beautiful. It has been very well kept up. The instructions all over the house helped us to remember how the owners would like it kept even for the next guest arriving. Lots of room and very clean. It looks like the pictures. I would love to stay there on my next visit to Orlando, Blessings, Cheryl

A Great Place To Stay
First of all, the hosts are great communicators. They let you know everything you need for your arrival, and have binders that contain all the information needed for your stay. It is a great location for access to Disney. The property is quiet and secure. The beds are comfortable. For us, we stayed 2 weeks and did much 'living' in the place rather than just sleeping there. This is a nice living space. The only real drawback... if you want a place to prepare meals, it is a small kitchen... but it does have the necessary supplies you need. We are repeat tenants and will use this place again when possible.

Gated community within 15 minutes of ALL the Disney Parks!
First time staying off Disney property. Pleasantly surprised that we saved time by using a rental car, parking in Preferred Parking ($20 extra), and avoiding the whole internal transportation nightmare. Took us half an hour max each way, including parking and walking. Thinking back to our resort stays, we walked about 10 minutes to our resort bus stop. Then waited 5 to 20 minutes for the bus. Then a 10 to 20 minute ride to the park. Then another 10 to 15 minute walk from the bus stop to the front gate. That's around an hour each way. Plus we were in the comfort of our air conditioned car. This house was in a beautiful, safe community with country club amenities. The house itself had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Not all houses have these. We cook a lot and had almost everything we needed. More silverware, including slotted spoons would have been helpful. Also the plates weren't microwavable. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay. Parking at house, great water pressure, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, and full size washer and dryer. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms for less than half price of a room on property. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, there was plenty of room for everybody. The gated neighborhood felt very welcoming and safe. It was quiet, too!

More pros than cons...Family of 9 stayed here for a week while visiting Orlando. Very clean house and well stocked for all your cooking needs. The washer and dryer were by far the best we have ever seen in a rental. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The community pools were nice, clean and warm. Would have liked to be able to open the patio door off the kitchen and enjoy our morning coffee outside but it is sealed shut with no outdoor furniture. The house uses a nest thermostat that raises the temperature to 80* whenever you leave and also limits you lowering when you want. The office staff gave us some trouble when our gate passes would not work and charged a day visitor the overnight fee even though the email I got said he would not have to pay. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend it. The owners were very responsive.

Lovely quiet resort with easy access to all theme parks
We’ve just got back from an amazing 11 night stay at this Emerald Island Resort villa! The communication prior to & during our stay was brilliant, we appreciated the quick responses to any questions or issues that we had. The location was perfect for us, it took just 20-30 mins to get to all Disney & Universal parks. The villa itself was very spacious & all appliances were easy to use. A small suggestion would be to provide guests with some basics to get them started e.g toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc. Perhaps the guests before us used them all up. We arrived at nighttime & had to head straight out to the shops. Thanks v much for having us, we had a fab time at your holiday home!

Perfect Disney family vacation home!
This was a great family home close to Disney. Can get to all 4 parks in 20 min or less. Well organized, well furnished, and very clean. Hosts are wonderful with great communication. Plenty of towels and sheets provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property
My family and I stayed at this home in February for our Disney vacation. We found the checkin process to be very easy. The property is in a gated resort which felt very safe and secure while also having quick access to multiple stores and restaurants. The property is lovely. It is very comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after a busy park day. It was also very close to the heated pool and hot tub. Louise was very accommodating and made everything so easy for us. I would absolutely stay here again, and even my family mentioned that we should save the property listing if we should ever return to the area for any reason. I highly recommend.

Great getaway!
This place was amazing! The owners were super nice and communicative. Perfect location next to stores, restaurants and the theme parks. Inside of the condo was clean and comfortable. Oversized rooms, beds and lots of extras. Only thing I would change is the check in process with security. Clubhouse was supposed to be open until 10pm and we arrived at 945pm. They let us in but we still had to do a formal check in the next morning when they opened. Would love to stay here again.

Large Condo
We were a group of 6 (ages 5 to 75) and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, fry pans and utensils. Beds were comfy and lots of towels for showers and for the pool. With 3.5 bathrooms, no waiting for showers. The unit is close to the pool which we used every night. The condo is large enough that we could spread out and have our own space. Close to Disney Attractions. Easy to reserve and the owner answered any questions we had promptly. The condo complex was very quite, so sleep was not interrupted at night.We would stay here again.

Convenient and lots of space
Large house with plenty of space to rest our heads at night. We were doing Disney, so we basically just slept there. We had a major problem with the night guard refusing to let us in the property, but not to the owner’s fault. She answered our late night call and was very apologetic. One or two things we didn’t love. The master bedroom has a large upper wall window with no curtain. Was not ideal for blocking light at night, or for privacy from the neighbor’s second story windows. The house was a bit dated, but everything was very clean! We would choose this house again though. Great place for the price!
