My stay was ok

The stay was ok when you first get there the house it smells old and the furniture is very old but otherwise cleanliness it was very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Great rental!

Beautiful place

It was a wonderful home to stay in. With lots of room and the pool was beautiful. Love the gates community and full kitchen. Well hopefully book it again for this summer.

Relaxing get away with active conservation area.

Great quiet spot in the Four Corners area. House is quite comfortable and met all our needs. Spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the sun by the pool and the conservation area. There was a good bit of daily action in the conservation area. The bird action was abundant. There are very large turtles and some smaller alligators that would catch the morning sun on the South bank of the conservation area. There are a large number of otters that were seen playing together in the pond. The house is located conveniently close to all the Orlando attractions in a nice safe gated community.

wildlife extravaganza..

lovely setting and surroundings, thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the local wildlife, few things could do with a little spruce up and both showers not great, especially the en suite but it was clean, roomy and tidy, we had a great holiday and this was a great base to go from, recommended and would stay again for sure.

Great place close to theme parks

We arrived and we're blown away by how nice the house was. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs with cable in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could need other than a Keurig, but we used regular coffee grounds, which was perfectly okay. The pool and back patio were great. The location of the property to the local theme parks as well as stores and restaurants was a key feature. We will definitely try to book this property in the future when planning a Disney vacation.

An overall enjoyable and excellent experience and stay at this villa. Great quiet and secluded location with easy access to roads for Disney and other main attractions. We agreed with some comments that stated the villa needed some updating, however, the villa had everything that was advised and was as per expectations. Would stay here again and happy to recommend to others.

Convenient location and nice amenities

Took our grandkids to Disney/Universal and was great having a bedroom for each of us (including daughter in law). Kids loved having the pool at the house. Convenient location and all that we needed. Owner was always responsive when I had questions. A little updating would be nice but I would recommend this for families!

Carefree holiday

We were in this villa recently and it was a pleasure to stay there. Is a gated community, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. You feel absolutely safe there. Solid house, somewhat dated, but fully equipped. Spacious pool terrace with enough seating for 8 people. Wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view of a water feature and greenery. Owner is someone who responds quickly to questions/comments. About a 20-25 minute walk (and about 8 minutes by car) from a supermarket and some dining options. We would definitely book this villa again on our next visit. Recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.

Perfect stay in a very enjoyable villa

Our family of four adults enjoyed the stay in this calm villa very much. The equipment is technically modern (Flatscreen, Freezer, Oven etc.) and the furniture is in an absolute good condition. We could relax perfecty at the outside with the wonderful view in the nature with differents birds and turtles. It is also a good place from where we could visit Walt Disney World. We made also day trips to places as Park de Soto, Bluespring Nationalpark and Merrit Island / Cape Canaveral. We will come back!

Great location, comfortable stay and loved the views from the pool

Unfortunately we had were a few issues during our stay, but these were dealt with by Rick and his management team quickly and appropriately. The house itself is very comfortable and well equipped it would benefit from some modernisation and redecoration. We loved the outlook from the pool and our daily wildlife viewing . Location is excellent for exploring Orlando and the surrounding area. You can even walk to the local pub, just outside the community gates for a warm welcome and karaoke. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Would definitely consider staying here again if returning to the area

Awesome place plenty of space and room

Amazing, clean plenty of room. Lack of cleaning supplies ie toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs but not in issue we were able to buy these supplies. Also the garberator didn’t work but that was ok for us as we didn’t really need it

Nice place to stay for a group!

This home had more than enough room for 5 adults to stay in. Being from out of town, it was nice to have the gated community. It was about 20-30 away from Disney, depending on traffic. There were some maintenance items that needed to be fixed: lights were out, drain plugging up. I did not get to tell the owner because we were first busy at the Disney Parks and then unfortunatly had a family emergency and had to go home early. This is a nice home, plenty of room, just a few quick fixes to make it better.

Decent, but could use upgrades

The place was fine. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable. The place is a bit out dated. We used the kitchen to cook and could have used better kitchen utensils. Also, if you are downstairs and guests are upstairs, you can hear the guests walking around upstairs. The pool alarm is….interesting. I suppose if you have little ones it’s helpful, but with adults it was just annoying with no option to shut it off. With that said, it was a decent value for location and ease of use.

Perfect Disney Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 8 (all adults) for our Disney World trip. It was our first time to Florida and I picked a good area to stay. At first, I thought it was too far from the parks but then realized it was only 20 min away and really enjoyed the nice, quiet neighborhood after the craziness of the parks. The house was clean and roomy. The pool was amazing to dip into as it was hot when we first arrived. The beds were all comfy and I loved that there were lots of pillows. The house has some wear to it but it didn’t bother us at all. It would be nice to have some more supplies on hand like toilet paper and laundry detergent but it wasn’t a big deal to pop over to the store. The check-in and checkout process was super easy and there’s ample parking for 2 cars. I would definitely recommend folks to stay here.

Perfect for our needs!

Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels checked by the management team while we were there which was reassuring. We never intended on doing the parks much so we opted to have the pool heated so we could be in it from early morning until night. The only downside was the drought that was happening at the time of our stay as we didn’t get to see any alligators :( though we did see plenty of other wildlife around which was pleasant. Overall a very relaxing stay and definitely would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks Rick!

Good Value For Money

We spent hours looking for a property a year out and we thought this fit the bill perfectly. We stay in Vrbos often. The good: location is excellent and very safe. House was surface clean. Lots of space for many people. Good WiFi. Good communication from host. We had to have the toaster and black moldy shower curtain changed which they did quickly. The bad: house is very tired and worn. Needs a thorough cleaning. Pool was dirty. Bare bones rental like they tried to cut every corner. I’m giving it a good star rating because it’s still a good value overlooking the water. But really needs some attention.

20 Minute Drive to the Disney Parks, Nice and Quiet Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to several grocery stores, gas stations, and quick places to eat. The neighborhood was gated and really quiet; we loved the neighborhood! It was a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks, which may sound like a lot, but it was great for us. We had lots of early mornings and even stayed late one night and wouldn’t change anything about the location. The house was nice, but shows a little wear. We didn’t mind one bit because everything worked perfectly and was nice and clean. This place was a great fit for our family and was super comfortable. My kids loved the game space in the garage! The owners were super responsive to messages and even helped accommodate a larger party than originally requested when my parents joined us. The only issue we really had was were trash bags. We brought our own laundry soap and toilet paper because the listing advised that only a very small amount of toilet paper would be provided, but there were not any additional trash bags for any of the cans. It would have been nice if there additional trash bags at least for the kitchen. Overall, was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Needs some improvements and refurbishing

The property location is good, and the villa is large. The community seems safe, and there is also a small clubhouse with pool. We stayed in this property approximately 5 years ago, and other than new WiFi not much has changed, and it is now in need of some refurbishment - until that is done we probably wouldn’t return. As an example a number of carpets are badly stained, and really need replacing. We also raised a number of items with the management company on the first day of our stay, and these hadn’t been addressed 2 weeks later. Some (for example blown lightbulbs / the toaster not working) should have been quick fixes, whilst others like the ‘safe’ (more of a fireproof document box) not working should have been quite urgent. I’m not sure if the property management company are just inefficient, or if there is no commitment to the maintenance of the property. Overall I’d say there are better properties locally for a similar price.
