This townhouse is located within a private gated community with a 24-hour guard on duty.

Guests experience touches of luxury in this elegantly furnished, attractively decorated townhome. After your fantastic stay at Windsor Palms, you'll take back countless wonderful memories from visits to all the theme parks, Wide World of Sports, Universal Studios, and Disney Springs, plus peaceful resort life, and great times with travel partners.

This SunnyPalmStays townhome sleeps 6 comfortably; the master bedroom and its ensuite/bathroom have a king size bed and a garden style bathtub (upstairs); the second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full-size bathroom (downstairs), and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom (upstairs). Each bedroom has its own ensuite/bathroom and cable TV. The screened/walk-out pool is a real relaxing treat after spending a grand time at all nearby Florida/Orlanda attractions.

SunnyPalmStays is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable with all the comforts of home and includes a local contact to assist you with any needs, questions, or concerns during your stay.

If you are traveling with toddlers, SunnyPalmStays townhouse is equipped with a crib, a pack and play, and a stroller. The living room/lounge area features cable/streaming/smart television, TVs/stereo, and DVD player. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided for all guests. Such an amazing stay! We are sad to leave. The option of 2 pools was great! All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were spacious and clean! The property is close to all the parks and is in a wonderful and safe community! We highly recommend staying here!

GOOD HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION

The Hosts are honest people and very understanding, Chris will answer all of your questions almost instantly and will have everything set up so at the gate you get an smooth check in. The house is in very good condition, it has 1 parking space, the house in a perfect location super close to all the parks and Disney Springs, a Walmart is maybe 2 miles away, the house has a Keurig coffee machine, plates, cups, forks, spoons, knifes, cable TV, enough towels but not enough bath soap, only 1 per bath and very small, maybe for just 1 day shower, I will definitely rent with them again at this location and I highly recommended!!!

Perfect Resort Atmosphere

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. Close to Disney properties, many restaurants and activities. The townhouse met all our needs. It was very clean and true to the description on VRBO site. We loved that each bedroom had access to a full ensuite. It's the little things like having beach towels available, a Keurig and some snacks available upon arrival that made our stay extra special. The splash pool was perfect for my 10 yr old grandson and we also enjoyed spending time at the main pool, taking full advantage of the bar/cafe. A hail storm and power outage knocked out the cable TVs the night before our arrival and Lisa, the property manager, was amazing upon our arrival to make sure all were working. We loved also that the townhouse backyard looked onto a wooded area, not another's back yard.

Perfect little spot! We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed coming back for breaks at the townhome. Host was excellent and check in was easy. No problems.The gated neighborhood was a plus and we enjoyed the little pool!Would stay again!

Theme park visit

Condo was clean, location wirhin 30 minute or all of the attractions around Universal studio area. Beds comfortable, pool was nice, clean enough when we arrived but I messaged owner anyway and she had pool maintenance out immediately to make pool extra clean which was appreciated. Good pick for our budget

Beautiful Property and Excellent Stay!

It's our 4th time staying at one of Chris and Marlene's properties, and as always, homes and furnishings are always beautiful and well maintained. The location is close to all theme parks, shopping, etc. And if you ever have any issues, Lisa the property manager or Chris and Marlene handle it instantly (they are always just a phone or text away). We are already planning our 5th trip back!

Lovely home

Very nice homey condo - bonus having a bathroom for each bedroom. Hosts were absolutely fabulous! Very attentive and accommodating. Definitely would book there again.

The perfect Florida getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our Orlando vacation. The communication from the host (Chris) was something that stood out for me I couldn’t ask for anything better from a host. With the hurricanes he was in touch to make sure we was ok and everything was good. We would 100% recommend and we will also be back to this lovely property in the future. Awesome place!

We had the best 3 weeks at Windsor Palms. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Windsor palms but the first time in this accommodation. The check in process was slick and hassle free as we had already sent our info to the owners. The house was beautifully and clean and had everything you could have wanted in a house! We loved it here. The owners were in touch straight away to ensure is this if there was anything we needed or anything they could do to just let them know. They even checked in on us during storm Debby. A wonderful experience and we are looking at booking again for next year!

Amazing property ideal location

We stayed at the property for 3 weeks starting the 10th july 2024, the location was perfect for us, the property was spotless and the pool was just the right size for us on our down days. The shop on site had all the essentials you need and staff are very friendly. Could not ask for anything from the hosts, very quick to reply if any questions. Would highly recommended this place.

Definitely a Resort Condo

Chris and Marlene are wonderful hosts who thought of everything. A fully equipped kitchen, including spices, Keurig, plastic ware for poolside, beach towels, extra blankets, cooler, umbrella stroller, etc I could go on and on. This is a wonderful, well kept community, with a resort-like community pool, Tiki Bar with food menu, game room workout room, a small store for essentials you might have forgotten, basketball court , beach volleyball, etc. You will definitely not be disappointed. This is my third stay in the last 12 months. Book it today!

Great Location with a Resort Atmosphere

The perfect location, near Disney and other sites. Chris and Marlene are the perfect hosts, very accommodating. I'm a returning guest and will continue to come back. I enjoyed the townhouse splash pool along with the community pool and Tiki Bar. There's many other available activities for guests too. Looking forward to my next visit!
