Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo is perfect for families of all ages looking to be together, but not cramped in a hotel room together. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for real family meals so you do not have to buy food out every meal. Unless that is what you are in to, then there are endless choices of great food options a short car ride away. The pool and clubhouse are just a brisk walk away and are open year round. Next to the pool they also have a tiki bar that serves drinks and food and has activities throughout the week. Or you can just sit in the screened in lanai and have a night cap while recollecting your busy day of adventures.

Good Stay!
It was a good stay and the condo was exactly what I thought it would be. The place is slightly dated and requires some TLC from wear and tear (some cracked tile, a curtain rod barely hanging on in the back bedroom, cracks on the dinning chair that causes your clothes (or skin) to get pinched. However, the location was great and I booked this for a Disney/Universal vacation so we barely spent time inside except to wind down and sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable and showers had good water pressure (especially nice after a long hot day in the sun). There was a small package left on the counter with dishwashing soap, laundry soap and extra TP, paper towel etc. That was nice and convenient so we didn’t have to run out and get all those little things, also made us feel more welcome. Overall, we would stay here again. (Our stay was 10days).

Condo came with everything we needed! Everything we needed for a great stay with our 12, 4 and 2yo. was included! Host communicated everything very efficiently and effectively so we had no need to contact them. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

I will go back everything was great except the welcome package was not there and we got in late and we had no emergency soap. Other than that. I hope I can be back and I hope I can get my supplies. I also left the cushion there. Thank you again.

Outstanding pool
The resort has a pool with four 25M lanes, plus room for other fun; decent hot tub. Tennis, pickleball, and ping pong equipment are free to borrow. Grill and bar is poolside. Gate has a guard on duty. The address and unit number is difficult to find in the info received from the owner. The unit itself is clean and nice. What my family found lacking was the ‘little things’. The kitchen had no towels or dishrags, and no paper towels. The listing said one hand soap is provided for each bathroom. I assumed this meant a liquid dispenser; no, it meant one hotel mini soap bar! There was also no dish soap or dishwasher or laundry tabs. Topping it all off was only having one toilet paper roll per bathroom. When you’ve flown in, having to purchase all these items is an inconvenience and results in waste since most of it gets thrown away. A small dish detergent or liquid hand soap would last for many rentals. The bath towels were not very good quality or quantity. The washer was difficult to operate and the dryer took 3 hours to dry a normal load. Decor and lighting is good, and the furniture is solid, although the mattresses and showerhead need replaced, along with the sink in the second bathroom.

This was a very enjoyable stay. The unit was very spacious and clean although is a bit dated in the kitchen and bathrooms The only negative is the lack of any supplies. We had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, no dish cloth or paper towel,etc.

Great for families
This is our second time staying at a condo at this location. Fabulous club house and condos. Never do understand the “take the garbage out everyday” but they don’t give you garbage bags and you have to to buy those along with dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and even a sponge to do dishes! Other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you!

Great family place just minutes from Disney. Nice kitchen and laundry facility. Loved the outdoor patio to sit outside and read while taking a break. The grandkids loved the pool. We were attending a BETA CONFERENCE at the Gaylord hotel. We decided to stay offsite at a nearby vrbo. This location was 15mins from the Gaylord convention and to the parks. Apartment was comfortable and accommodated our party of 7 nicely. Walmart and restaurants are conveniently located.

Great First Floor Condo
Great place to stay if you have toddlers. We enjoyed the playground and other amenities at the community. Great location to animal kingdom and all other Disney properties. Supplies were sparse but it was clear from the description that you have to buy most of your basic supplies like soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, etc. The contact with VRBO responded very quickly to all of our questions. I would recommend displaying the Wi-Fi and password for the guests and a final clean-up sheet for what needs to be done before leaving the property. I’d stay here again for sure!

The toilets had mold spots in them like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long while (although they had a sanitation ribbon on them) there was no soap, dust pan ect so although I tried to keep the property clean there was no was to actually clean up after myself. The owner, however, was incredibly responsive and polite.

Spacious Apartment for Family
This apartment was very spacious for our family of 4 and was well equipped with all we needed. Target was near by and convenient for grocery purchase. Parking was always available and the location was always quiet. We truly enjoyed our time in this apartment.

Disney launch pad
The property was just like the pictures. Two of our party relaxed at the pool and clubhouse enjoying all the amenities including the movie room. The complex was well manicured and quiet. There were others enjoying the pool and hot tub but not over crowded. The condo has beach towels. 3 of us went to the parks. The commute was no problem …15-20 minutes. Best checkout ever… no endless list of things to do and clean. Plenty of dishes, cups, mugs and silverware. Seemed well set up for kids with plastic plates and cups and high chair if needed. Did not cook. Always got parking spot in front of condo no problem. Plenty of dishwashing pods but need to bring all other soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper and paper towels, coffee filters and extra trash bags. Kitchen has coffee maker with regular filters and pods. Plenty of extra pillows and linens. We liked the place and would stay there again!

This property was great for our needs. Had everything you could want for traveling with a baby: high chair, strollers, pool floats, pack n play, etc. Location felt safe and wasn’t crowded. Ground level was a plus. Any feedback would be: provide more essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap, laundry etc. It seems very wasteful to have each guest buy all these things and not be able to leave them for the next guest to use.
