The private cabins or huts are so charming and I slept like a baby. If you're high maintenance or 5 star you might check other options but for me. It's a win win staycation that I'm going to do often!"

"This property is amazing! The grounds are absolutely immaculate and stunningly beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous, food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff were all amazing. The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return! "

"Comfortable large units with two double beds. Great breakfast included but dinner was simple with few choices. Limited restaurants in the town. Communication was limited--no map of area and no receipt for cash payment. Walked on short trail that had no signage or map and ran into what looked like an old Mayan stone house."
