“A gem! Located in the historic Grandview District, this property was a wonderful find. Our cottage was beautifully finished and had a separate kitchen and living area. The best part for us was the pool - we had it all to ourselves! Felt like we were at a private resort. Walkable to the lovely Hive café for breakfast and lunch. If you want to “see and be seen “in Palm Beach, this isn’t your place. But all of those things are only 5 to 10 minutes away. For us, it was perfect.”

“Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....
