Off season stay

This property was excellent. Maybe the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Proximity to Schooners was an advantage also. Communication with owner was excellent. Thank you for the stay. We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Beautiful condo in the perfect location on Thomas Drive. We came down for a couple of days rest before the holiday and the condo was exactly what we needed! Owner was easy to reach and we love the quiet location. Schooners is right next door and St. Andrew’s State Park is just 5 minutes away.

Great place for family vacation.

The condo was perfect. Excellent location. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were very convenient. All in all, a great vacation.

Our first time renting with this owner and it was fabulous. The condo was clean, well kept, and everything went smoothly. The east end is our favorite location, and now this is our favorite condo to get while in pcb.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This property is absolutely beautiful! Very updated and easily can tell owner takes great pride in it. You feel right at home, especially when you have two young kids like us. We had family in two different rooms at this resort and they were shocked how much nicer our room was. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a “home away from home” during their beach visit!

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way

Great stay; definitely a 5 star condo. Everything was so clean. It is furnished to the max, there was not one thing that we needed that we didn't have. Schooners restaurant and club is next door with great food and atmosphere; never heard a sound from them, except for the traditional canon every sunset (it is fun). Our host Merrie was wonderful, she answered our text questions almost immediately; she is the best. You will not go wrong with this condo, quiet end of the beach, very reasonable pricing. Great Stay!!

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and it was beautifully furnished. I have young children, so it’s important to me to have a clean place to stay, especially the floors and showers. I appreciate the extra little supplies of k-cups, soap, and toiletries that got us through until we could shop. We would happily stay at this condo again and again. The beach access has been rebuilt and has a nice shower area to rinse off the sand. We parked on the third floor parking garage to easily access the crosswalk to the elevators - also were you can find luggage carts. I love the convenient location of this condo to some of our favorite restaurants— Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, Captain Jack’s, Patches, and Hunts Oyster Bar. It is also conveniently located near St. Andrew’s State Park which has a perfect play area for little kids or those that prefer calm water.

FABULOUS

I cannot say enough good things about this condo, this property, and the communication with the property manager! The condo is beautiful, and the view is stunning! The property was clean and close to tons of things! The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve ever had in a rental experience. She was so helpful, responded to all my questions almost immediately, suggested some donut places that my girls and I enjoyed with the morning sun, and even helped us look for a lost shirt after we left! If we ever come back to PCB we will absolutely be renting this condo again!

Beautiful condo, horrible HOA

This condo is amazing, and has all the amenities you could need. It’s very clean, cozy, and the location is great! Unfortunately, the HOA is REALLY dropping the ball. The elevators are awful, and break down frequently resulting in 15+ minute waits. Both of the hot tubs are broken…only one hot tub would hold water as the other has a leak, but the filled hot tub isn’t heated. Also, one pool is slightly heated, and the other is freezing cold. The beach access was destroyed by the January tornado so you have to walk around Schooners to access the beach. These pool/hot tub issues make it tough to enjoy water on the cooler/overcast days.

Cozy place

Really loved the condo. Especially the nice pots/pans and cooking utensils, and the dual use kruieg and tea water heater. Comfy bed. would have appreciated one extra roll of t/p and a box of kleenex, and maybe a bigger bedroom tv on the dresser instead of the teeny wall mounted one.These old eyes found it hard to watch on such a small set up. Loved the patio furniture. As in all rentals the furniture was just okay, not the most comfortable but I understand why. It is a rental! Nice to let us check in a bit early, really appreciated that. Nice beach view as well. May not be as quiet in summer with a bar next door but it was for us.

Another beautiful Seychelles condo!

This was our 5th stay in a Seychelles condo and this one was one of the loveliest so far. All the amenities of home were provided - even a crockpot in the hall closet! Everything worked as expected and we didn’t have any need to reach out to the owner. Beds are comfortable (and fitted with mattress protectors on all, yay!). A nice big TV in the living area and another in the bedroom were perfect. Games and cards were also there to keep kids and adults entertained while it rained a few times. A few tips for those coming to stay: >I’ve never had a Seychelles condo with beach service (the rental chaises and umbrellas) included, but I’m told some exist. During high season (summer) they can be rented on a daily or weekly basis (prices fluctuate by demand) and you don’t get a refund for bad weather. These usually aren’t set up and rentable until around 930a and they break them down around 4-5p. Highly recommend investing in your own if you have the space to bring them. We would pick a spot in the morning and we could leave them out with our sand buckets all day and no one bothers them. >Walmart is about 10min drive one way and WinnDixie/Publix is 10min the other way across the bridge. >The pools/spa open around 9a and close around 10p. Chair space is limited and only 2 tables have umbrellas. We had several days where rain moved in with lightning in the distance and each time they close the pool for around an hour. >Pay attention to the beach flags! They are easily visible from the balcony. >Schooners is right next door and they have great burgers, apps and adult bevs. You can walk right off the beach into the bar for a drink and a snack. FYI they fire a cannon ever night at sunset and the Sea Screamer comes by a few times a day to shoot a cannon at them and it’s loud and will terrify your kids if they’re afraid of such things >Shell hunting on the beach in front of the condo is limited. Walk down the beach towards the pier/state park area and the kids will have better luck >Bring flashlights for the kids. The small white sand crabs that come out an hour or so after sunset are fun to look for!

Best condo unit I've had in 5 years

I'm very happy and loved this location. Best sleep, best bed everything was great. Kitchen had everything this unit had salt/ pepper and storage containers containers. Just the best in everything.

Beautiful Condo

We stay at this condo every year when we come to PCB. It is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We spend most of our time on the balcony watching the beach/ocean. With Schooner's right next door we never have to get in the car. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing trip for two

My husband and I have been coming to Panama City for 30 years with family (kids and now grandkids). This trip, however, we just wanted a quick relaxing trip for ourselves. We have never stayed in a condo as clean as this one. I usually bring a few cleaning supplies when we travel just because the places we stay are never clean to my liking UNTIL we stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exceedingly above what I expected. I didn’t have to clean anything and was able to enjoy the first day of vacation just relaxing instead of cleaning. Thank you so much for such a clean comfortable and relax stay. I will recommend and definitely stay here again. Also a plus was that The condo was beautiful and well stocked as well. We will definitely be renting again.
