Not the best, breakfast there almost no option, always the same thing very limited. AC doesn’t work properly, room Is always hot. We found two cockroaches in the room and spiders. Bath and sink gets clogged every time. WiFi is slow. Hotel it’s too far from Kos Town, almost 1 hour away. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again. AC have to pay extra €7 euros a day to use it!!!

Property itself is lovely, amazing beach. However, nothing around the property - worth noting. Staff, terrible: Check in with a QR code…at a 5 star hotel. Room - Checked in, room absolutely stank and the staff didn’t resolve the issue or move our rooms for several hours. Dinner - staff forgot to book our table for dinner multiple times causing a long delay. Dinner took 45 minutes to even get our order in. Taxi - we booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport and they forgot to book it so we were incredibly late. Ultimately, the property is lovely and suitable for a couple nights but the staff is seriously lacking for the 5* supposed.
