The unit is a cozy condo filled with amenities and I found Aleece to be an amazing host, very detailed and welcoming. Being located downtown, I was able to walk everywhere. “Clean and comfortable corner condo with lots of windows. Great having 24/7 security at the door and they were always friendly and helpful. Condo was well-supplied with kitchen wares and linens as well as abundance of paper goods, cleaning supplies and detergents. A major glitch on check-in occurred when the unit was not ready on time for us because the previous renters did not leave on time. The prop mgr communicated well with us but it was a real hassle. “This unit was immaculate! Furnishings were well cared for and comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! It was perfect for our group and the location was central to everything in San Diego! Oh I forgot to mention, the views off the front porch were breathtaking! I highly recommend this property!”

“I really love this studio. The view was even more amazing in person! Waking up everyday to the view and sitting outside on the patio with a cup of tea or coffee is so wonderful. To us, prompt communication is very important and Arlene was always there to answer our questions everytime or anytime we needed her. She is SO amazing, kind and accomodating during our stay. “There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs to get up to it. Everyone that we encountered that lives in the apartment building was very nice. There were some issues, but they were taking care of the next day. There was a lot of car and airplane noise. Is a pretty good location, close to South Park and maybe 10 to 15 min. To a lot of shopping. All and all we were comfortable there.”
