This 4-bedroom, 5-bath mountain retreat is a combination of two side-by-side 2-bedroom units, each with a private door and an indoor hallway joining them, perfect for those seeking the elegance of a mountain retreat. Combined, they offer ample space in which to spread out after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or golfing.



After an active day, soothe your weary muscles in one of two private hot tubs or swim in the shared heated outdoor pool. Curl up on the plush sofas with a good book and a blanket next to the floor-to-ceiling stone Fireplaces in each living room. In the warmer months, sit on the decks and soak up spectacular mountain views. Guests have access to a shared fitness room and a Common area BBQ, as well.



Within this 2,987-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. These condos sleeps 10 in beds, 12 with sofabed and EZ inflatable set-up bed. (Sofa Sleeper (Side B) and EZ bed (Side A) not to exceed 70lbs) Three Common elevators provide Easy access to the condos for all members of your family.





Kitchens: Start your day in one kitchen, or use both, perfect for making a quick snack before hitting the slopes or the mountain-bike trails or preparing a five-course gourmet dinner at day's end.

There are two dining table sets for six and bar seating at the island in each unit.

2 Living rooms: Continue into either of the open-concept living rooms, where your family can lounge on the sofas, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the flat-screen televisions. Gather around the stone fireplaces, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the rooms, amidst exposed log beams.



Bedroom 1, Side A: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks and generously sized walk-in shower.



Bedroom 2, Side A: The guest bedroom on Side A features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks and generously sized walk-in shower.

There is an additional full-size third bathroom with dual shower/bathtub in the hallway of Side A.



Bedroom 3 Side B: The master bedroom features a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom boasts a clean, modern aesthetic with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Bedroom 4 Side B: The guest bedroom on Side B features two queen-size beds. This bedroom has access to the guest bathroom off of the hallway, with a step in shower.



Air Conditioning: Both condos have air conditioning.



Parking: The condo rental includes two complimentary, dedicated, heated underground parking spaces.



Location: "Little Bear Lodge" is just a short Walk to the Sterling Express lift in Silver Lake Village, which services all of Bald Mountain. It's easy to access that first ski run from this ideally located vacation rental.
