"It is very close to the beach. You have to drive for groceries and there is only two options for eating close by. The entry lock didn't work right and they said they would fix it but we didn't see any improvement over the week. It was really clean and worked well for us. I would definitely stay at Waves on Walnut again."

"We just returned from a great weekend in this unit. The description is accurate and the unit is very nice and has incredible views Only a couple of issues: no cups in the unit (just 4 coffee cups); very few electrical or USB outlets worked in the bedroom; the bathroom sink didn't drain properly; and, the outdoor furniture is stained as well as a large stain on the porch. We communicated the issues to the owner and he issued a $50 refund."

"Great little hotel with plenty of space if you book a one-bedroom apartment. It has everything you need - full kitchen, comfortable bed and sleeper bed, balcony, pool. It's also in a great location, close to everything and one block from the beach. The owner and staff have a sense of humor. My son and I stayed there, and we had a good time."

"Perfect place to just get away for the weekend. Room was clean and spacious. Not luxurious but had everything we needed. Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property. Front desk was very friendly. We would definitely come back. "

"Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!"

"Loved the area as it was close to many dining options, great view from our room as we could see the Riverwalk. Room was very clean and spacious for 5 of us (stayed in the 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom), and the pool area was excellent with great views and lots of space. Will definitely be going back again! "
