10/10 Excellent
"We couldn’t have asked for anything more for a lake vacation - camp Westwood was the perfect getaway! The house is charming, well decorated, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have AC to cool the bedrooms on the hotter days. The grounds are beautiful. We loved the wandering ducks, and saw eagles, loons, and lots of other birds. There is good privacy from the neighboring homes and we were surprised at how quiet the lake was during the week. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck and sun porch, meals inside and out, sunsets, the fire pit, and lots of time on the lake. The pedal kayaks were fun and made it easy to get out to the center of the lake to fish or explore. Debbie and Mark are incredibly gracious hosts. They were available to answer questions, provide rafts and extra kitchen equipment (the kitchen is well stocked), and offered us herbs and vegetables from their garden. We all enjoyed our time at this special home on Winnisquam and hope to return!"
"Everything was great except for the pull out sofa but those things are never comfortable. Great f at pot, great location for boating and seeing a show at Bank of NH Pavillion. "
"We stayed here with my husband & kids, my brother and his wife and kids and my parents/ kids grandparents. This was just the right size for 12 people. Between the indoor and outdoor space as well as the room sizes we were very comfortable. All of the rooms were beautiful and the rooms with the king sized beds and twin trundle beds were perfect for the families/small kids. I had a question about the hot tub during my stay and the host was very responsive. Also there was plenty in the house for entertainment (a pool table, arcade style games, different board/card games). You also can’t beat the view! We would definitely book this stay again. "

"Perfect location. This was our second stay at Steven's wonderful home. Just as described in the listing. Kids loved the kayaks and game room. Adults enjoyed the fire pit and fireworks were amazing!"
"My family of 3 loved this rental, as it was stocked with everything you need and in a great location. With the private dock, my family fished morning and night and we were so close to everything. We rented a pontoon boat for the day which was right near us, went to many great restaurants nearby. There was coffee, towels, Linens, kayaks, and it was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, and was super easy process, would stay again! "
Spacious Home for 14 Guests Near Lake Winnisquam – Close to Everything!

"The check-in process was easy. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family well. There was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host was easy, fast and efficient. Timothy was always able to help with any questions I had. The beds were super comfortable! And the house was decorated beautifully. "
"We love the summit resort. The amenities such as the pool, game room, and outdoor space is great. The one negative is the 200.00 hold on our card. I thought that was a bit excessive for one night. However, the property is beautiful, spacious, and offers great amenities. "
"This was a really great stay for my family. It had everything we needed, and then some. We had 4" of snow on Monday and a plow truck was there shortly after the snow stopped so we could easily get out off the driveway. Great home layout, beds, kitchen supplies, etc. Only issue is super odd stove top and oven controls; even the detailed guides created some confusion... we figured it out, but was tricky! Thanks for a beautiful home and a great stay! "
"This property was fantastic! Very clean and had everything we needed. The kids had so much fun meeting the animals on the farm and playing with the dogs. Kate and Ken were excellent friendly hosts. We would definitely come back. The bacon eggs and breakfast sausage were delicious! . "
