“My kids loved it. We got a kick out of the rustic nature of it. The shower was plenty hot and water tasted like a good Kentucky well. Starting a fire was a bit of an adventure for the kids too. The light switches took a minute to sort but not bad. The switch for primary light was kind of hidden. Checking in at dusk turned it into a hunt. Host was responsive and easy going. ”

We had time to visit the winery (though they do close earlier than I realized on Fridays), and got a tour from not only their beloved dogs, but also one of the staff members! There was no one else staying on property besides us which allowed us maybe a little more peace and quiet, but I would think the common spaces were shared well if that……
