This hotel is certainly in the heart of the city! There is no on-site parking associated with this property if needed. Parking by valet & self-service parking garages are operated by separate management companies not associated with the hotel.
Sit down buffet breakfast had wide variety of choices however no option for takeaway of coffee or small food items.
Front desk very inflexible, not customer -service oriented or friendly in my opinion. As an example, a request for an additional water bottle for the room was denied several times with staff pointing to the limit of two complimentary bottles per room.
The room itself, although quite modern and sleek, requires a key card inserted at all times for lights to remain on, QR codes to see TV channel list, drain in shower stall very slow to drain water.
Rooftop bar & lounge is quite lovely with amazing views of the city, but make sure to head up early and with a reservation.
