First room the heat did not work and they switched me to another room. However it was not a refurbished room but okay. Slept well and bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful while also socializing with local visitors in the lobby. It snowed and was icey. There were no cleared paths to my car parked on the curb by the building. I waited until the iced packed parking lot began to melt and many cars had been moved before leaving later than planned at 11 a.m.

I biked across the Silver Bridge and Shadle Bridge, but it's not for the faint of heart. Only try if you're very comfortable biking alongside traffic.
