The grounds are magical with highland cows over the hill and sheep grazing down the garden. The staff are lovely and the dining options are wonderful. "The Village Hotel Aberdeen, was a great place to stay while visiting the area. It's location is close enough to Aberdeen to get to the city quickly, but also close to local highways that allow easy travel to other areas.

A great hot breakfast, which was buffet style. Arriving back very late from a wedding reception, snacks were available near the front desk. The location of this hotel is excellent for onward journeys and there is good parking. I would stay here again.

"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good.
As ever I used the gym and the pool which are both really good for a hotel. Only problem was, as it's the school holidays the kids were enjoying themselves in the usually tranquil pool,lol. There is an adult only period in the pool from 7pm. Food and service in the restaurant was as good as ever. The hotel also has good size carpark which is charged for but not a big cost. This really is an ideal base for visiting Aberdeen. "
