Our stay was completely unacceptable. We checked in very late and immediately found bugs in the bathroom. Because of the hour, we had to clean the bathroom ourselves just so we could use it. During the night, I was woken up by a bug in my face, and by the next day I had bug bites from the room. This was not simply an outdated hotel; it was a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue. The carpet was disgusting, the amenities were old, and the entire room felt poorly maintained. We reported the bugs, bites, and condition of the room to the hotel. Six days later, nothing meaningful has been done to resolve our complaint. Given the bugs, the bites, the condition of the room, we should get a refund.
