This is an older motel, parking right at the door to your room, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed a place to sleep for the night for work in the area and this location was perfect for what I was looking for. As mentioned this is an older motel that could use some renovation, but it was also one of the lowest nightly rates in town so I found it to be a good value for the money. If I find myself needing a room again in the Washington, NC area I would definitely stay here again.

Outside our door was a broken down fridge, the chair in room was lopsided. Bathroom was clean but tub was so slippery I couldn’t take shower. The room was clean, bed way too hard. Both of us woke up with sore backs.

An absolutely lovely place to stay in Historic Downtown Washington. Parking was convenient - I really like having an assigned space. I wish we could have spent more time there but we were just making a quick trip. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance, especially the waterfront. We will definitely be back!
