In the photos this property looked so much better. On the face of it it was nice enough but we felt our room was not clean and when it had not been cleaned later into the afternoon we did complain. The manger at the time mentioned she would request a deep clean. Clearly this did not happen, as we came back to the bins filled with rubbish and hairs / not ours in the bathroom and a few other bits that made us leave a day early.
They did take off the resort fees but we still paid over $900 for 2 nights despite being told we would only be charged 2 nights. Anyway this was a disappointment but the lady on the desk tried her best but I don’t think this was ok to pay this much for our experience
