Our room was on the 14th floor and had a lovely view. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.
Reception were helpful and friendly.
The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and we sat outside enjoying a beer whilst we waited to be able to check in. Hotels.com says 2pm but it is actually 3pm, not a problem and reception staff were able to give us our room at 2.30 so no issues at all as a cold glass of beer after our journey was very welcome.
We would definitely stay again as the Old Town was about a 30 minute walk too. "
"Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time.
